Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Titan AI MCP is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server operated by Titan Investment Group Holdings LLC, doing business as “Titan Network” (“Titan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It lets an AI application you choose, such as Claude, reach your Amazon seller data and the Titan Network knowledge base on your behalf. This policy explains what titanconnect.titannetwork.com collects, what a connected AI application receives, how we use and protect that information, and the choices you have. It supplements the company-wide Titan Network Privacy Policy; where the two differ with respect to Titan AI MCP, this policy governs.

1. What this policy covers

Titan AI MCP is different from a normal web application in one way that matters for your privacy, so we want to be direct about it. You connect it to an AI application built and operated by someone else. When you ask that application a question, it calls our tools, and we return data to it. That data leaves our systems and enters theirs. Section 3 describes exactly what gets sent and what governs it once it arrives.

This policy covers the Titan AI MCP server and its website. It does not cover the AI application you connect it to, Amazon, or any other third party, each of which has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, membership tier, and the identifiers we receive from Titan Tools when you sign in.
  • Connected Amazon seller data: when you link a Titan Tools account, we access advertising, listing, sales, inventory, and catalog data for the seller accounts you have authorized, on your behalf and when a request you made requires it.
  • Authorization records: which AI applications you have connected, the permissions you granted each one, and when you granted them.
  • Tool activity: records of the tool calls made through your connection. Section 5 describes these in detail.
  • Usage and device data: log data, request metadata, and diagnostics used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not receive your conversation with the AI application. We see the tool calls it makes, not the messages you typed.

3. What a connected AI application receives

Connecting an AI application is always your choice. You authorize it through our consent screen, where you can see the permissions being requested before you approve. You can end that connection at any time from the connector or integration settings of the AI application itself, which is where the connection lives. If you want us to revoke it from our side as well, contact [email protected].

Once connected, that application can call our tools and receives the results it asks for. In practice this means:

  • Your Amazon seller data. Advertising performance, campaign and keyword structure, listings, orders, inventory, and financial figures for the seller accounts you linked, limited to what the specific tool it called returns.
  • Titan Network knowledge content. Lessons, frameworks, community posts, and community discussions from the Titan Network knowledge base, which is member content available to you as a member. This content is written by other members, and a result can therefore carry another member’s name or other identifying details out to the AI application you connected.
  • Your account context. Which seller account and marketplace are currently active, and the list of accounts available to you.

Once data reaches the AI application you connected, that application’s privacy policy and terms govern what happens to it. We have no control over whether it is retained, logged, or used for model training by that provider. Review the privacy policy of any AI application before you connect it, and connect only applications you trust with your business data.

4. Actions taken on your behalf

Some tools do not just read data, they write changes to your Amazon advertising account, such as creating a campaign or updating a keyword bid. The approval step for these lives in the AI application you connected, not on our servers. We mark every one of these tools as making a change, and the connected application is responsible for asking you before it calls one. When it does call one, we carry the change through to Amazon. If you have told that application to allow such tools without asking, it will not prompt you, and the change is applied.

Every change that is applied is recorded in an audit log, described next.

5. Tool activity and audit records

We keep two kinds of record so that usage can be metered, problems can be diagnosed, and any change made to your account can be traced.

Usage records

For every tool call we record which tool ran, which interface it came from, whether it succeeded, how long it took, and any error message.

We currently also record the arguments the AI application passed to the tool, together with a hash of the result. Arguments can include the search terms, keywords, product identifiers, date ranges, and figures involved in your request. We store a hash of the result rather than the result itself. This capture is controlled by a server setting, it is enabled in production today, and we use it to investigate failures, verify billing, and improve tool behaviour.

Change records

When an approved change is applied to your Amazon advertising account, we record what was changed, the previous and new values, the request that was sent upstream, the seller account and marketplace involved, whether the change was simulated rather than applied, and the outcome. Where the request provides them, we may also record the originating IP address and the client identifier of the application that made it.

6. Authentication and token storage

Titan AI MCP authenticates connections with OAuth 2.0. We never ask you to paste an Amazon password or an Amazon credential into an AI application.

  • Access tokens we issue to a connected application are stored as a SHA-256 hash for lookup and encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The plaintext token is not stored.
  • Every connection is bound to a recorded consent, with the scope you granted and the time you granted it. Revoking a connection revokes its tokens.
  • Credentials for your linked Titan Tools account are held so we can refresh your Amazon data access without asking you to sign in repeatedly, and are deleted when you unlink the account.
  • All traffic to and from the server is encrypted in transit with TLS.

7. How we use information

We use the information we collect to run the service and answer the requests you make through it, to authenticate you and secure your account, to meter usage against your plan, to diagnose failures and improve tool behaviour, to prevent fraud and abuse, to communicate with you about the service, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Amazon seller data to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

8. How we share information

  • The AI application you connected: as described in section 3, at your direction.
  • Service providers and sub-processors: companies that host and operate the service, under contractual confidentiality and only to provide the service to you.
  • Titan Tools and the Titan Network platform: the upstream systems that hold your Amazon connection and your membership.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, the public, or Titan.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

9. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Authorization records and audit records are retained for security, billing, and traceability, since an audit trail that can be deleted by the person it covers is not an audit trail.

You can end a connection at any time from the AI application’s own connector settings, and you can ask us to revoke it on our side by contacting [email protected]. You can unlink a non-primary Titan Tools account from your dashboard, which deletes the stored credentials for it; unlinking the primary account, or deleting your account and associated data, is handled by support at the same address.

10. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM for issued tokens), scoped authorization, an audit record of every change applied on your behalf, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information. To report a security issue, contact [email protected].

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, for example the EEA and UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can withdraw a connected application’s access from that application’s own connector settings, and we will revoke it on our side on request. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

12. International users

Titan is based in the United States. By using Titan AI MCP, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

13. Children

Titan AI MCP is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
